Rates do not include 13% bed tax or a security deposit of $1000 which is refunded after departure if no loss or damages. Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to a $350 cleaning fee. Deposit of 30% is due to confirm booking. Final payment, plus tax and security deposit, is due 60 days before arrival. All payments (except security deposit) are non-refundable unless the home is rebooked for the same dates. Payment options: check only. Within 45 days of arrival, certified or cashiers.
